# Introduction

Cult DAO is a decentralized governance protocol built on the Solana blockchain. It is powered by NFT-based verification and voting, removing the need for donation-based validation methods. The DAO is designed to ensure that all treasury access and protocol-level decisions are transparently and securely handled by verified NFT holders.

All contracts are written using the Anchor framework, ensuring strong safety guarantees and full on-chain execution.\
